Newmarket Content Studio is one beautifully simple room, made for photographers, videographers, content creators and small brands who want clean light without the drive into Toronto. White walls give you a true blank canvas. Wood floors and natural textures keep every frame feeling warm.

There are no themed sets to work around. Use our in-house props to create a cozy workspace, a lounge corner or a full yoga scene, or clear the room and bring your own staged setup for your block.

Planning holiday minis, a styled product shoot or a backdrop setup? Book a block of time and bring your own staging. The room is yours for the full booking, so you can set up, shoot and reset without anyone else in the space.

Want to mix and match? Use your backdrops with our chairs, rugs and plants. Our props stay available to you either way.

Holiday Minis & Family Sessions

Room for the whole crew

Bring in your garland, tree and gift boxes and turn the studio into your seasonal set. From sibling minis to big multi-generational family portraits, and even the family dog, the room holds it all. Book a full day to run back-to-back sessions.
